Producer Jason Topel

Like most people who make the move to LA, Jason had a dream to build a credible inspiring career as a filmmaker. In 2012, at the age of 24, Jason packed up all of his belongings (including his pup Skye), with little experience in the industry, leaving everything in Miami behind to pursue a goal. Within four months, he was incredibly fortunate and landed a gig with a production company which ultimately connected him
with an incredibly talented and wonderful group of people. He started as a Production Office Manager, which is a fancy title for an Office PA. Through hard work, determination, and a great attitude, in under two year, Jason worked his way up from PA to producing.

Jason is now freelancing and although his ultimate goal is to be a feature film producer, he has been a worked as a production coordinator and served as camera operator on many projects from music videos to branded content and now short films. He plans to steer towards independent filmmaking in hopes of a making a career out of what he loves.
